Richard Mandell to speak at World Golf Village

Richard Mandell will once again be moderating a panel at the Spring 2009 Golf Inc. Conference at World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida on Tuesday, March 31st.  The panel, "Course Construction Truths: Get The Most For Your Money" will include Tom Shapland of Wadsworth Golf Construction and Tommy Sasser of Reynolds Plantation.  The panelists will debate the following topics: "solid plan vs. hand-waving: where are the unknowns?", "Making the owner-architect-contractor relationship a team.", "Where you can cut costs without sacrificing quality?", and "Is a contractor bond a necessity?" 

The Golf Inc Conference at World Golf Village in St. Augustine will take place from Monday, March 30th to Wednesday, April 1st.  More information can be obtained through the Golf Inc. website, www.golfincmagazine.com.
